Discover - the two day induction program at Capgemini, gives all new recruits a complete overview of the company. Heads of various service lines and departments brief new recruits about the organization. Every induction begins with an introduction with the Head of the PRM Department and ends with an interaction with the CEO. Just some of the many ways in which we make new recruits feel special and welcome.
Converge - New Energy. Fresh Insight
Our endeavor is to carve a bright career for premier B-school graduates selected from the campus, joining us every year. As a part of their on-boarding program, a well thought-out 5 day orientation program “Converge” is planned.
This program introduces the joiners to the organizational policies and process of various functional & support functions. They are taken through The Capgemini Way of Sales, Delivery, Knowledge and Project Management. Interactive sessions with Senior Management members are scheduled and this is an important highlight of this program. This time is also utilized to lay down the organization’s expectations in terms of performance, professionalism and Capgemini Values that the organization wants to espouse.
