Leadership Development programs happen at two distinct levels; Middle and Senior Management Level. Tightly linked to performance management scores, high performers are selected to go through intensive training. The training focuses on leadership competencies which are relevant to the current business environment.
Global leaders from various countries, impart the Business and Delivery leadership modules. Each one of these modules is tailored specifically to the Indian context. Most sessions revolve around case studies and actual role plays. Such learning is experiential in nature and is therefore effectively internalized. To cover the conventional leadership theories, which give people the right broader perspectives, we invite imminent faculty from the IIMs.
Training, however relevant and contextual cannot be a stand alone event. This is why our investment in people goes beyond. We create sustained support structures that enable leadership development.
Prior to the training, we create individual assessments that help people understand
what their current levels of competencies are. For it is only when they understand
how they measure in the present, that they can create effective development plans
for the future. Participants of the leadership program, craft their own ‘Personal
Development Plans’ which are duly monitored by their mentors. Periodic reviews
with their mentors ensure that we are tracking progress and course correcting
their development.
The most significant differentiator in our leadership program is the global focus.
All training content is created not just by internal Indian faculty, but by leaders
of the Capgemini global community. The Capgemini University at Les Fontaines in France, is another significant partner in all our training programs.
