Capgemini India’s BPO service line is part of our global BPO organization. By leveraging our experience in both business transformation and business process outsourcing, we combine strategies to provide tailored client specific solutions. Our Mumbai and Bangalore centres are ISO 9001:2000 and BS 7799 certified. We also have a centre level SAS 70 Type II report.
