Systems Integration
Systems Integration is one of the three practices within the Technology Services Discipline, which centers on Information Technology in terms of Architecture, Integration, and Infrastructure. Systems Integration is one layer lower than Architecture Services and ‘glues together’ disparate systems, applications, and data. The Systems Integration practice consists of three capabilities: Enterprise Application Packages, Development & Integration Services, and Data & Content Services. The Mumbai Center has adopted the Capgemini global DeliverTM systems integration methodologies as well as package specific methodologies for systems integration projects.
Enterprise Application Packages
Our Application Packages capability provides an understanding of a major off-the-shelf application package or module with hands-on experience in configuration and customization. Packages cover multiple areas, including ERP (SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards & Oracle), CRM (Siebel and Clarify), Supply Chain, and Enterprise Transformation Management.
Systems Integration - Data Content Services
Content Services capability provides an understanding of enterprise data requirements and management.
Systems Integration - Development & Integration Services
Our Development & Integration Services capability provides a core set of capabilities (Java, .NET and other legacy skills) covering the complete software development lifecycle. This includes on-site and offshore application development and testing to support on-site systems integration, and end-to-end development of applications and requirements gathering to user acceptance testing.
