We embarked on our journey in 1967. To start with, we did not have a planned roadmap. Our destination was not defined. However, our steadfast belief was that a journey based on exploring new areas would surely lead us to success. The establishment of Capgemini India has made us realize that we were right in our conviction
All along our long eventful journey, we have gathered rich experience on diverse range of skill sets and talented resources. This diversity has led to a common culture with a common set of goals. Our composite culture has emerged from the shared adventures and commitment to individual freedom. It is a unique culture that has evolved out of our almost 40 years of existence

Honesty
Integrity, sincerity, and a sense of honor. Respect for a person’s word and for commitments made. The refusal of any dishonest methods used to facilitate the signature of a contract or attainment of a particular benefit.
Boldness
A taste for undertaking challenges, taking risks and enjoying competing. Constant questioning of directions taken and of the circumstances in which we find ourselves. Boldness should go hand in hand with a certain wisdom, without which the audacious entrepreneur would in actual fact be just a dangerous daredevil.
Trust
The wish to give people and teams responsibility and to make sure that decisions are made at as close a level as possible to those who have to implement them. Trust also consists in ensuring a great deal of openness amongst people with the Group and as free a flow of information and ideas as possible.
