Natarajan RadhakrishnanNatarajan is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and has over 25 years of experience in Consulting and Financial Services.
He is Senior Vice President and India CEO for Capgemini Consulting (CC). In this role, Nat is responsible for managing consulting PNL, implementing an innovative consulting delivery model, building client centric solutions and consulting methodologies.

Anish Sarkar is Senior Vice-President and Head of Consulting for Capgemini India since 2011, based in Mumbai. He has over 16 years of experience in Management Consulting and ICT, with strong focus on business transformation, enterprise performance management and information technology across the value chain; as well as diverse verticals, including Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas.
Anish has helped establish Capgemini Consulting as a serious Consulting player in India, with a portfolio of marquee logos in FMCG, Auto, Manufacturing, Pharma and Indian conglomerates. Capgemini's major Consulting offers include Digital Customer Experience, Business Process Management, Enterprise Performance Management and Shared Services Advisory.
Anish has an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur. He is also a part-time author and his debut novel "Benaami", a historical thriller, was published in 2010.

Sai is currently the COO for Global ODC Management which is responsible for UBS Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC) globally. Sai also drives a number of strategic initiatives involving the closer alignment of Ops and Technology to enable the next generation of sourcing partnerships. Sai has also been actively driving innovative commercial deal structuring and partnership models.
Prior to UBS, Sai was in Deloitte in London within the Technology M&A practice and played leadership roles in a number of landmark M&A transactions. Sai has also worked with a number of service providers in leadership roles delivering large scale transformational technology programmes for clients.
Sai is a management graduate from London Business School and also has an honors undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
