Responsibilities:

This is an intermediate-level position for a highly analytical, self-motivated individual who will be working closely with Morgan Stanley’s Digital Strategy group on the following:
- Implement technical requirements documents including Solution Design Reference (SDR)
- Manage tag containers, variables and implement content tagging
- Implement tags via Dynamic Tag Management based upon Solutions Design Reference (SDR)
- Perform QA testing
- Publish DTM
- Assist & maintain DMP taxonomy
- Manage ad tags, third-party tags for digital campaigns
- Perform multiple client Web analytics tool implementation projects at once
- Ensure analytics are consistently implemented across digital properties
- Maintain best practices

Skills Required:

- Subject matter expert in Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture SiteCatalyst)
- 3+ years hands on experience implementing Adobe Analytics
- 3+ years hands on experience with Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) and Satellite (from Search Discovery)
- Document Solution Design Reference (SDR)
- Ability to work with on-shore staff
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Develop custom reports via Adobe Analytics and Report Builder
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Self-starter
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Skills Desired:

- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML is strongly preferred
- Vendor certification in Analytics and Tag Management tools
- Knowledge of interactive marketing initiatives (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Comparison Shopping Engines, Email)
- Experience in analyzing data sources and building aggregations to enable BI solutions
- Experience with report building using Tableau and providing access to self-service
- Experience using SQL with Sybase, DB2, or Greenplum
- Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMP) such as Adobe Audience Manager
- Experience in ad serving technologies such as DoubleClick for Advetisers (DFA) and Mediamind; Able to QA the firing of Floodlight tags
- Experience with Observepoint
