Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager - 10 to 15yrs - Mumbai

Job Description


We are looking Account Based marketing for our team in Mumbai Location



Role & Responsibilities:

• Be a strategic thinker and work closely with Sales & Account leadership to develop ABM programs.
• Understand Sales processes and objectives of the accounts and work closely with them on their account strategy to define fitting marketing program to achieve their goals and grow their business
• Analyse account strategy, set up ABM plan, identify marketing tactics and coordinate locally to provide proactive, structured, long-term strategic marketing support
• Lead pursuit marketing programmes for large deals to help bid teams define their value proposition and strengthen it with fitting marketing tactics to increase the probability to win
• Share local best practice and innovation with the Global Marketing and Sales communities
• Track, measure and report on all ABM activity based on Sales KPIs and successes
• Provide some level of competitive intelligence and be capable of analyzing data to provide messaging support to ABM team
• Provide offshore support and project management for various account initiatives post-visual identity creation such as ABM campaign strategy and development, Stakeholder Analysis Management, client micro site creation, Web services, offshore event support but not limited to these
• To support the creation and promotion of a set of ABM best practices, skills and in-a-box solutions to support account teams
• Create and nurture a high performance offshore production team (design, web, communications, digital) of skilled resources dedicated to NA M&C requirements


Specification / Skills / Experience:



• A minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, combined with sales background / knowledge or 10 years experience in business/sales with strong marketing knowledge; ABM experience a plus
• Must have a strong understanding of sales KPIs and capabilities of measuring impact of ABM. Sales experience will be an advantage.
• Should have supported large, key accounts in the past with client intimacy-focused programs
• Goal Oriented , Structured and process led.
• Must be a self starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams.
• Exposure or experience in pre-sales/sales will be an added advantage
• Exposure to CRM will be desirable (Salesforce)
• Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media
• Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects
• Creative, innovative, and quality driven
• Excellent presentation skills and willingness to travel
• Great aptitude for quick learning
• Ability to manage ambiguity
• Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing from a reputed institution (Preferred ) and/or relevant experience working with tier 1 organization
