Job Description:

 

Account Based Marketing lead-North America

 

Working closely with the North America (NA) CMO and Global ABM Lead, help develop ABM strategy, brand assets, templates, execution plans, tools and governance model to support from offshore the NA-wide roll out and implementation of ABM programs.

Role & Responsibilities:

 

• To work closely with the NA CMO to establish an offshore-onshore model for ABM services to support key accounts in the region

• To support the NA CMO in the creation and promotion of a set of ABM best practices, skills and in-a-box solutions to support account teams

• Develop appropriate repository to host and share information and create a vibrant ABM community in NA

• Liaise with Key Account leads to execute pilots/assessments

• Provide offshore support and project management for various account initiatives post-visual identity creation—such as ABM campaign strategy and development, Stakeholder Analysis Management, client micro site creation, Web services, offshore event support—but not limited to these

• Leverage the existing shared services team to provide ABM support, and expand wherever needed

• Provide some level of competitive intelligence and be capable of analyzing data to provide messaging support to ABM team

• Create and nurture a high performance offshore production team (design, web, communications, digital) of skilled resources dedicated to NA M&C requirements

 

 

Specifications/Skills/Experience:

 

• At least 10 years of experience in M&C, with 3 years in Account Based Marketing

• Should have supported large, key accounts in the past with client intimacy-focused programs

• Goal Oriented , Structured and process led.

• Must be a self starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams.

• Exposure or experience in pre-sales/sales will be an added advantage

• Exposure to CRM, Siebel Marketing desirable

• Demonstrated delivery track-record in an offshore-onshore model

• Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media

• Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects

• Creative, innovative, and quality driven

• Excellent presentation skills and willingness to travel

• Great aptitude for quick learning

• Ability to manage ambiguity Qualifications: Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing from a reputed institution (Preferred ) and/or relevant experience working with Tier 1 IT organization
