Job Description:

The ABM Team Lead works closely with ABM Lead for Nordics, to support 4-5 ABM accounts. The role will sit within MACS (Marketing & Creative Services), the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing services ranging from design, internal communications and web to marketing program management and campaign support.


Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the establishment of an account based marketing strategy for the select accounts
• Implementing the ABM strategy:
1. establish and foster a close relationship with the select account representatives.
2. work closely with ABM Lead and Sweden marketing team.
3. with a view to implementing best practice at the select account, establish close ties with Global ABM community (participate in regular calls, browse and contribute to ABM Yammer group and T’room).
• Providing and coordinating pursuit marketing support, including
1. Work with sales lead to define a pursuit marketing strategy
2. Propose a plan of assets and roll out to support the opportunity
3. Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver the required support
4. Follow up on any marketing activities related to the pursuit, including internal comms, asset repositories, follow up at account and client.
• Working closely with Global/SBU and Country Campaign Marketing to optimize the dissemination of info on Global and local campaigns within the select accounts
• Analyzing results of ABM efforts and proposing improvements in strategy on a regular and continuous basis, for ABM activities in Sweden to continue to represent best practice for Group.

Experience: 6 to 11 yrs

Primary Skills:

- 6 to 10 years marketing experience working in an IT services \ product company 
- MBA or higher degree in marketing 
- Strong experience in formulation of marketing strategy and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Experience in account based marketing and pursuit marketing
- Diligent and resilient stakeholder management, also with senior leadership
- Strong team work and ability to collaborate across geographies, domains and skill sets
- Desire to grow and develop as a marketing professional in an open team atmosphere
- Ability to be creative and thrive under pressure
