Appworx Admin - 5-8 years - Bangalore/Mumbai
Primary Skill • At least 5 years of experience in supporting the Appworx at admin level (L2/L3 Appworx admin).
• Experience in Unix, Windows and Solaris environments
• Proficiency with ITIL process
Secondary Skills • Experience in Servicenow will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities • 24x7 support for production.
• Respond to AppWorx Infrastructure Monitoring
• Support/Update AppWorx Scheduling
• Create Dev, QA and Prod AppWorx project's GUI objects and server directories
• Build Appworx Master databases
• Promote projects through Dev, QA and Prod
• Troubleshoot and resolve application supports teams’ problems via Service Now Service Calls
• Implement user requested changes via Service Now Work Orders
• Provide 24x7x365 on call support for mission critical issues for Production Only.
• Adhere to SLA’s
• Support server sunset, database upgrades, project rewrites, and upgrades.
• Install project necessary AppWorx agents
• Educate user community with regard to tool's capabilities
• Adhere to Change Management process/procedures performed for support of dev, test and production environments. This includes all current guidelines during normal periods, freeze periods, and year end/month close periods.
• AWS based services/cloud
