HRO’s Service Line within BPO business unit provides an efficient and effective support to various Capgemini Geographies encompassing the whole spectrum of HR services. The team comprises of 310 members who understand, analyze and design customized service delivery models, serving specific needs of the client base across the globe. The entire services comprises of seven domains/towers starting encompassing the whole lifecycle of an employee within the Organization. 

The Talent Acquisition service encompasses the whole spectrum of Recruitment lifecycle with six years of delivery for 10 entities from six delivery centres group also provides infrastructure cloud services with offerings including messaging as a service and infrastructure as a service. The group consists of an agile team of 85+ experienced recruitment professionals

Main Purpose of the Role with key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition services is growing and we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join us to help deliver the best services for our UK client in the space of Graduate and Apprentice Recruitment. This role will be within Operations and the person will be working closely with Recruitment Managers in the UK for Fresher Recruitment for key business areas – Infra and Apps. The role involves significant activity in screening candidate application/cv, arranging online tests, telephone interview and assessment centre. There will be high volume of communication with candidates through e-mail and telephone. The role also demands to work on logistics management, report creation and Global Procurement System.

The role requires significant amount of Recruitment experience (preferably – sourcing/screening of cvs, Co-ordination/interview arrangement). 

Experience: 1 – 2 years

• It is essential that the candidate has experience of screening application/cv of candidates
• Strong client facing skills and a good listener.
• Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
• Proven time management skills as the need to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines is essential..
• Experience of delivering a service in a busy environment, where customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Very strong MS Office skills, in particular excel and outlook.
• Ability to work within a team however, also able to use own initiative and be a self-driven when required
