Requirement Analysis and Documentation, Development of Use Cases,Knowledge of BA tools like UML, Microsoft
Visio, ARIS Business Designer, Blueprint Requirements Center,Assisting in Business Case , GAP Analysis.
facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.Strong Banking & Financial Services Domain knowledge
with hands on Core Banking Products like Temenos, Finacle.At least 8 years of experience in Business
Process Consulting, Problem Definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of
ProcessesExcellent Communication Skills, Stakeholder
management.Candidate must conduct knowledge sharing
sessions across functional teams.Excellent Problem Solving and Critical
thinking abilities is a must.
