Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical role & responsibility would be to take care of a
Testing engagement which has about 150 to 200 FTE’s in an onsite/offshore model
in the area ofRetail/QSR store
environmentdomain.Other Responsibilities include “Delivery/Multiple Project Management”,
“People Management”, “Customer Relationship Management”, “Financial
Management”. “Innovation Management”.Well versed in customer expectation setting and expectation
management of TCOE's through direct customer connect and through onsite team
membersConfidence, ability and solid skills to interact with senior
management and customersStrategic thinking/planning and Business Development/ManagementAbility to develop transition & test strategy 's for large
programsExposure to pre-sales, Solutioning independently in Manual,
automation, and Non Functional testingExpertise in creating collaterals, presentations and Point of
views (PoV) for specific to testing related problem statements of customersExperience of financial and contract management including revenue
management, margin management, billing and invoicingExpert in people managements skills, mentoring, career planning
and talent managementWillingness to travel frequently and, work concurrently with a
global team of professionalsAbility to drive Knowledge management & metrics program in
testing projectsShould be able to review software testing requirements to identify
gaps, risks and clearly determine unclear, incomplete, ambiguous and
contradictory requirements and be able to resolve them.S/he should also be able mentor individuals / teams in managing
complex, high risk projects.Should be able to innovate new delivery models and contribute to
process improvements at an organization level in the area of project planning.Should be able to suggest tracking mechanisms, relevant tools and
techniques that can be used, etc. for a project by studying the project goals,
project organization, and the stake holders.Should be able to identify, analyze and define mitigation plan to
manage risks of testing projects which are large in size (or programs) and with
higher complexity such as multi-location, etc.Should be able to contribute to developing / enhancing prediction
models and contribute to process improvements.Should be able to create a revenue plan based on the estimation of
size, effort and schedule of the project; should also enhance gross margins
through optimization of available resources, off-shore – onsite ratios, etc.Should be able to lead solution development across multiple
services; function as the primary owner /program manager for solution development
for large deals. S/he has excellent hold on pricing, deal structuring,
commercials, contract terms, competitive positioning and financials.
