Job Description: WinCentre Lead

Role & Responsibility:
• Design, create and manage a global Deal Desk function to assist the Sales / SMEs to respond to RFXs with inputs relating to Deal Structuring, Quoting and Pricing, Callable Customer References, Technology Partner Artifacts & Collaterals, Case studies, Business Cases etc.
• Streamline the process to speed-up the response time in the sales cycle and making the deal process smooth and efficient for the company
• Collaborate with team leads from various teams to build, maintain and refresh the data repository
• Act as the central point of contact for data inputs in all types of deals, including large, complex and non-standard deals
• Improve the process of responding to new business inquiries
• Manage the workflows related to various modules and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for information
• Have an in-depth knowledge of our products, processes and service offerings
• Grow the WinCentre desk from a local to a global initiative
• Oversee the Online Portal and data repository to ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation
