Bid Manager - 11 - 14 yrs - Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full spectrum of bid management of deal responses that are associated with the sales enablement program 
  • Execute the bid response cycle in line with prescribed review and approval tracks as per region 
  • Provide strategic insights into content and pricing model development for sales responses 
  • Work closely with other support teams to achieve the bid team’s response objective 
  • Periodic reporting of the bids managed by the program to the leadership team 
  • Proactively manage resource requirements within the team along with team budget reporting 

Technical Specifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of a Sales Enablement cycle and the processes included 
  • Experience in participating or leading Sales enablement programs on the lines of automation of a process or event
  • Experience in handling Bids across multiple regions and various geographies 
    Working knowledge of a financial modeling tool and experience of using the right levers to engineer pricing solutions for a bid
  • Ability to communicate clearly – written and spoken – to various stakeholders on program management and bid response management 
  • Knowledge of solutioning approaches adopted for Infra Services requirements 
  • Ability to evaluate content developed for responses from a technical and messaging standpoint 
  • Good people skills – must possess abilities to work with support teams and manage interpersonal professional relationship including conflict management 
  • Ability to manage all stakeholders included in the sales enablement process 
  • 10 years of Sales and or Sales enablement experience with multinational corporations and IPP’s 
  • Experience in client facing roles and direct negotiation experience.
