Job Description

Provide best-in-class bid support to the sales community
Support in winning bids for SBU
Participate in end-to-end bid management of medium/ large deals

Specification / Skills / Experience

• End to end coordination and management of bids <2 MnEuro
• Enable Deal review process for large deals and handover as per the defined Sales process
• Coordinate for RFIs/RFPs/PQQs with SMEs, Sales Personnel, Bid team
• Track, Monitor and report progress on all Sales deals
• Sales pipeline tracking and reporting
• Community/Knowledge Site upkeep and maintenance
 Demand generation/Campaign Management Support
• Support drive of communication campaigns with Account Executives to maximize coverage, create awareness, and leverage tactical opportunities
• Help build a strong Sales Funnel through targeted campaigns
• Understand the Account Landscape and pitch suitable wedge offers
• Plan and support follow-up workshops post campaign
• Coordiante for Creation of campaign assets
• Work closely with Client Visit Experience teams to identify and create Sales opportunities
• Facilitate presentation of Business Services offers to non-BPO clients


Experience:4 to 7 years

Ensure that the win rate is maximized through the appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process
Work along with Sales/Front office and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQ's requirements for proposal content by analyzing the bid details, solutioning concepts and associated risks for the project.
Co-ordinate with the business development, solution development team to understand requirement and formulate proposal accordingly as per client requirements
Ensure consistent application of the Bid Management Framework to all the assigned pursuits.
Act as an ambassador to drive increased offshore participation in the sales process
