Business Process Change Management Leader
will play a key role in ensuring increasing employee adoption and usage for
change initiatives that would happen as an outcome of transformation programs,
projects and change initiatives.This person will focus on the people side
of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job
roles and organization structures.The primary responsibility will be creating
and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee
adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Leader will work to
drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the
changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit
realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.The Change Management Leader will act as a
coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of
change sponsor. The Change Management Leader may also
provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors
as they help their direct reports through transitions.Will support project teams in integrating
change management activities into their project plans.Will be responsible for creation of change
management content for the transformation programs & projects.Develop KPI’s for the change initiatives so
that success of Change could be measured.Apply a structured methodology preferably
CCMP / CMBoK and lead change management stream in programsSupport communication efforts by managing
the change lifecycle which runs simultaneously with the project life cycle.Develop a set of actionable and targeted
change management plans - including communication plan, coaching plan &
training plan Reviews post implemented changes to ensure
the completeness

management principles, methodologies and toolsMust have lead E2E change management
program lifecyclesExceptional communication skills, both
written and verbalAbility to clearly articulate messages to a
variety of audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong

a common vision or goalProblem solving and root cause
identification skillsMust be a team player and able to work
collaboratively with and through othersFamiliarity with project management
approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleOwning the responsibility by creating fully
functional change management process resulting in customer satisfactionStrong active listening, analytics,
decision making & presentation skills are mustPost Graduate preferably with communication
specializationShould be hands-on for using presentation tools
such as MS-Office ( Power Point & MS-Visio)Change management certification or
designation desired (CCMP / CMBoK)PMP Trained preferred but not mandatory10-12 yrs. of Change Management Experience
