 Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Research Analyst within our team in Mumbai.

Specification/ Skill/ Experience

Roles and Responsibilities This position will support a limited number of AMSI account executives and account teams with the activities listed below;
Account Intelligence & Research Enablement:
• Sales Enablement Consultant will be responsible for supporting sales & account leadership on business research, account planning, sales pitches, etc.
• Keep track of customer key developments, financial, key developments, M&A and update account leadership continuously on these developments
• Research secondary data sources, analyst publications and business information databases; present along with account level primary data; bring an external perspective to internal guidance
• Develop and analyze key account health parameters for Leadership oversight: revenue trends, profitability, IT Budget, competition landscape, IT Landscape (systems & processes), onsite-offshore mix, forecasting
• Extract and maintain information on other competing vendors in the account
Sales Analytics
• Using existing reports based on sales metrics/ THOR, assist sales leadership derive meaningful insight from analyzing the THOR Data
• Collect historical data pertaining to the account from account executive, delivery teams, finance and sales operations and maintain the account planning documents
• Assist in as analysis, review/recommendations of trend data and implications
• Be able to understand key metrics of the sales and account management and will be able to translate those into decision support analysis and meaningful business reports for account leadership
Account Support Activities:
• Serve as primary interfaces SPOC with other internal functions (Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance) based on BU and/or regional requirements.
• Facilitates internal opportunity & account review calls with sales teams & account executives
• Track the key action items and mitigation plans discussed during opportunity review calls and follow-up with sales team on the same for their closures
• Data gathering and Analysis, communicating, project management, stakeholder management, Knowledge, content and documentation management, reporting, MIS, t-room support, etc.
• The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS),Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization

Required Skills

 • Expertise - Business research / consulting experience / account intelligence
• Excellent with MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Acquainted with databases such as Factiva, Bloomberg, OneSource, Thomson, Gartner, etc.
• Ability to remain focused, work independently and perform under stringent timelines, drive important issues and possess the ability to quickly learn the business impact
• Exposure to Business development activities
• Ability to strike a meaningful and analytical conversation with Sales leadership
• Ability to work with onsite sales team with different time zones
• Internal and external customer orientation
• Coordination and task management skills
