Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position should have a sense of urgency and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic. This position requires excellent prospecting skills. Responsible for creating qualified leads with relevant criteria for new and existing account targets within infrastructure SBU using various demand generation channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Development of a detailed demand generation program for existing accounts and new target accounts

• Demonstrates an ability to lead and work as part of a team

• Sound technology industry awareness

• Lead prospecting to identify, contact and qualify potential customers

• Closed-loop tracking and metrics reporting to management

• Meets or exceeds required targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

• Ability lead discussion with sales team to drive account based demand generation program for identified accounts

• Drive end to end lead management program for new target accounts

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of Experience in research, Demand generation, Account based demand generation, Program management , marketing and sales enablement.

• Ability to run a complete different lead generation programs from concept to closure for existing as well as new accounts

• B.E in a technical discipline is a must, MBA degree highly desirable

• Proven success in accessing new clients and new markets.

• Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team of peers and partners

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates with additional language skills preferred

• Well-developed interpersonal skills and professionalism with a high degree of integrity

• Participate fully in meetings, training sessions, individual professional development and skill building
