Key Accountabilities of Senior Manager, Campus Recruiting

  • Ensures holistic campus approach and adaptation of key processes across both Engineering & Graduate Campus, and prioritizes work on behalf of the entire team
  • Develop and communicate metrics and scorecards to stakeholders regarding the progress of recruiting, both in season (regularly) and longer term achievement of the program overall
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders such as CFMG, Corporate Communications and Diversity & Engagement Teams on support required to execute annual campus calendar. Hosts Bi-monthly campus team meeting, develops agenda, ensures follow-up on action items
  • Collaborate with the overall university team to ensure a consistent candidate experience and that we are leveraging recruiting resources across campus teams effectively
  • Manages external vendor relationship to ensure continuous success of brand in colleges and future expansion.
  • Lead domestic campus expansion efforts
  • Direct management of team of 5 - manages performance and annual objective setting, review processes
  • Maintain relationships with college placement offices and key faculty
  • Plays the TA Lead role for Engineering & Graduate School

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant Campus Hiring work experience
  • Prior experience implementing Talent Acquisition process improvements and leading project work
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to travel approx. 60-80% during peak campus season
  • Available to work overtime including on evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Campus Recruiting work experience within another IT Services organization and/or within another large, global, matrix environment
  • Supervisory experience, including coaching and development of team members
  • Demonstration of "Advisor" capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
