We are hiring CATIA/ENOVIA Support Professionals in Chennai location with an experience of 5 - 8 years.
Roles and Responsibilities -
Primary Skill Group (used for reporting purpose) : Others
Other Skill1 : CATIA/ENOVIA support
Other Skill2 : Operational/Techincal support
Other Skill3 : End user support
- Provide Application/Operational/end user support on CATIA/Enovia
-Provide Technical explanation(Coaching) sessions & Floor walking support to engineering users.
-To be the Technical reference for CAD/PDM users
-Prepare chipre Incident reports, technical documents, Issue analysis with action plans…..
- Good rapport with end users by ensuring quality output on technical issues
-Responsible and be part of achieving software deployment milestones, Migrations,…
-Coordinate with corporate support team for issue escalations, follow-up and closure.
-Measure & ensure performance consistency of softwares used in the company.
- Strong trouble shooting skills in CATIA/ENovia application
-Posses Strong Troubleshooting skills on CAD/PDM Domain
-CAD Operational knowledge can be added advantage
Must have experienced in Automotive CAD/PDM support
-Self-motivated and ability to adapt learning new technologies
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Knowledge in basic Statistics,Prepare technical documents, issues report ….
Coordination within the team and overseas team, Strong communication, interpersonal skills
Ability to work with deadlines & without supervision
Analytical skills and logical thinking, Effective Data management and reporting
Experience - 6 - 8 years
