Roles and Responsibilities

Be able to understand the constraints of the business of the client
support the monitoring of the change models (SOP) aiming to automate the tasks
review all the opportunities for improvement
Should have experience in chairing the CAB
Should be able to interact with all the production teams as part of SOP installation.
Should be able to interact with various levels of management
Good rapport building skills
Should be able to take global view
Comfortable to work in multi cultural environment
Should be able to summarize his /her work
To be able to work with ONSHORE and OFFSHORE teams
Control office automation tools including EXCEL (++)/WORD/POWERPOINT/OUTLOOK
Hands on experience on Service Now tool will be preferable.

Required Skills:
Understanding the full scope of the Change Management process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic.
Desire to exceed customer expectations
Have the ability to quickly establish credibility with the client and the delivery teams.
Broad technology understanding
Process understanding
Experience in report writing necessary
Certified with ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
Should be able to work with multiple teams
Good coordination skill
Have experience to work in a ONSHORE /OFFSHORE model
Should have relevant experience of 4 years in Change Management Process
