CMS Webmaster

You will be part of the global marketing shared services team (MCOS) and support content/digital asset management.
MCOS (Marketing & Communications Offshore Services) is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing services ranging from design and web to marketing program management and campaign support. MCOS is a 150+ people organization, the team has strong growth plans, with a vision to emerge as the world’s leading integrated marketing services organization.

Job Location:
Mumbai/Kolkata, India

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work with onshore team & internal MCOS editors to update the intranet portal & keep the content refreshed 
• Prepare pages for specific events and campaigns
• Perform quality checks and audits to identify and resolve issues (typos, broken links, functionality errors, poor usability, etc.)
• Improve the appeal of pages within the CMS framework 
• Support content strategy and planning
• Identify cross promotional opportunities on other intranet pages and internal newsletters
• Proactively provide timely updates, highlight bottlenecks, delays and suggest workarounds to all stakeholders
• Generate web statistics reports and provide statistical reporting, in a user-friendly format 
• Analyze intranet statistics and prepare monthly reports to providing insights into user pattern/behavior, highlighting the success of communication and outlining corrective measures 
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and share best practices with team members

Candidate Background:
• At least 5 years experience of Website Management
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of CMS

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics 
• Basic html knowledge would be a plus
• Previous copywriting experience would be an advantage

A degree/diploma in Communication / IT from a reputed institution (Preferred. Not compulsory) and/or relevant experience working with Tier 1 IT organization
