Voice Services Engineer

The position of the Voice Services Support Engineer supports the day-to-day operations within the ITICS Voice Services area. The position provides technical assistance to end-users, support for user IMACs, and is required to help define, maintain, implement and execute the strategy defined for the voice services areas. 

Voice Support Services include:

1. Cisco CallManager v6.1 administration
2. Microsoft Lync 2013 
3. Remote office phone support
4. Voice over IP services (VOIP)
5. Audio-conferencing
6. Video-teleconferencing
7. Calling cards

Responsible for the day-to-day operations consist of the following:

1. Voice Services production support queue in ITSM 
a. Provide end-user support on voice services
b. Resolution of daily support issues 
2. Support for Lync 2013 conferencing-related issues
3. Support project requirements as assigned
4. Maintain support documentation for each supported technology
5. 24X7 on-call support (on-call mandatory)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years


Primary Skills (Must have):

MS Lync (2010, 2013) / OCS
