Project management - Lead implementation of key HR programs into the business ensuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term. Provide business-specific feedback to the HR team for design and delivery improvement

HR Generalist - includes employee relations, learning and development, performance management, training and employee communication

Organization Capability - Drive Talent management, Support High Potential Identification and Development. Assist in design, development and implementation of on-going employee development

Talent Management - Serve as subject matter expert related to talent management initiatives within business. Identify learning needs of the employees. Define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders, managers and employees.
Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required. Ability to provide guidance to others within the team in specialization areas. Strong consulting and analytical skills are essential.

Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization. A commitment to strategic business partnerships is a must. Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving, dynamic environment.

• Should have a minimum of 2 + years of relevant HR experience.
• Individuals with an MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HR are preferred.
• Candidates must have excellent project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with a good ability to facilitate discussions with leadership and other teams.
