Marketing , Onboarding and other modules.Successful
implementation of projects as Lead Consultant.Proven
track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing
solutions for the resolution of complex issues. Team
leadership experience with excellent interpersonal skills and people centric
approach to understand employee needs as well as to manage employee
expectations Self-motivator
and result oriented to complete task as per timelines Must
have good analytical and problem solving skills SuccessFactor
Certification in any one SuccessFactors Module (Recruitment
Management/Recruitment Marketing/Onboarding). Experience
on Role Based Permission (RBP), MDF objects, ORD and other reporting tools are
an added advantage.Understanding
of integration concepts and tools (flat file, APIs, Dell Boomi, etc.) .


This role will support the development of the
SuccessFactors practice and will be responsible for the delivery of
SuccessFactors projects.Ideal candidate will be able to
independently plan for activities related to their own work stream for the full
lifecycle of the project supported by the project manager. Deliver successful projects in line with
client and organization expectations and Oversee the daily administration of
the SAP SuccessFactors system for our [a, b, & c] modules Conduct Business Blueprint requirement
gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration,
functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per
business requirements Assess As-Is and prepare To-be process
design using best practice guidelines, Map to-be processes to SuccessFactors
design workbooksAssist business user during UAT,• Provide
post go-live support.Be a subject matter expert in relation to
SuccessFactors, including; scoping, solution design, configuration,
Integration, Enhancement and support.Create and update system processes,
procedures and support documentation for each release.Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd
party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release system specifications,
managing system changes, and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders Performing periodic system audit to monitor
system usage and data integrity and
working with the talent acquisition teams on all data audits to maintain
data integritySupporting all SuccessFactors integration
projects pertaining to various corporate activities and system updatesAbility to interpret business needs and
design custom reports, dashboards and various management reports and metricsTesting new reports/interfaces that have
been created using SuccessFactors reporting tools and integration platformsWorking with Internal technology teams or
Vendor or SF Support team to resolve system issues.Support the growth and capability of the
SuccessFactors/HCM practice and team, ensuring that team members are developed
to attain their maximum potential
