Quality Management – Consultant – Bangalore

 Required skills and Job responsibilities

• Part of Delivery Excellence team for Cloud Infra SBU

• Identification of systemic delivery issues and facilitate to identify solutions / service improvements & recommend improving quality of delivery

• Conduct maturity assessments on technology towers / engagements using internal framework in line with ISO standards and ITIL framework.

• Understand and analyze data trends / patterns to measure and monitor service delivery quality independently

• Collaborate with central India QA team as required

• Engage with overseas delivery organizations in Capgemini to measure and monitor quality of delivery

• Identify best practices in delivery units and facilitate to share & replicate them

• Drive Service Improvements using quality tools like Six Sigma and Lean

• Continual Service Improvement, Lean Six Sigma GB/BB Certified

• Good ITIL Knowledge, ITIL Foundation Certified

• Excellent auditing skills on ITIL methodology & ISO20000

• Good at problem solving, identification of systemic issues

• Ability to drive standardization

• Good communication & presentation skills, Analytical capabilities
