Job Responsibilities

1. Leads Delivery within operations for a larger account and ensuring firm working relation with SDM, who takes accountability for the overall contractual compliance for all services and projects 
2. Proactively managing complete operational end to end delivery in scope for the account 
3. Ability to collaborate and escalate with technology tower and third party vendor for driving out results 
4. Ensuring all Sub-service lines deliver according to SLA while in parallel managing the delivery of non-standard / client specific services 
5. Drives and promoting the execution of standard delivery to client environment 
6. Proficient in setting and managing client expectation and driving 
7. Proactive feedback on delivery issues and wherever applicable escalating to RODM and SDM and / or to Service Line management 
8. Continue to focus on service initiatives and service improvement plans to improve service quality and implement cost reductions 
9. Carries accountability of transitions to RUN sign off and 3rd party management on the SLA 
10. To promote new service propositions to improve or extend the services to the client 
11. Overall responsible for quantifying the actual and forecast costs for delivery by Operations and units 
12. Responsible for identifying SLA upsell opportunities 

1. Delivering RUN services according to SLA 
2. Achievement of cost and efficiency savings 
3. Maintenance of Forecast and Actual with agreed deviations 
4. Targeted optimization via savings aligned with contributing at regional level 

Desired Skills: 
1. Has thorough knowledge of how the other Capgemini service lines, sub contractors and client contributes to success of service delivery 
2. Experience in wide variety of IT fields to fully understand the details of the services that can be provided 
3. 12-14 years of outsourcing experience, bachelor’s degree 
4. Excellent presentation and customer relations skills along with strong communication skills to understand client concerns and requirement 
5. Experience in project and program management
