Capgemini is hiring for demand generation candidate who will be involved ,research, Cold calling and Email campaign to suspects/prospects within the target list of accounts.

• To support Marketing campaigns for event registrations, seminars & promotions for Engineering services.

• Person should drive the Inside Sales model and Field Sales relationship within the campaign team. Responsibilities:

 • To proactively do high level research (account and competitive both), profiling and qualifying new business and existing customer sales opportunities predominantly through telemarketing and email marketing.

• To support marketing campaigns for event registrations, seminars & promotions.

 • Follow up marketing campaigns to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.

• Pre event & post event calling in order to increase event registrations as well as nurture leads generated through an event.

• Perform outbound email marketing and telephone calls to contacts (suspects or prospects) to identify and create sales opportunities.

• Respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiries.

• He/She needs to achieve quarterly set target on consistent basis.

• Maintain accurate records of all telephone calls and enquiries on the marketing CRM.

• Maintain and improve data integrity of records stored within the CRM system and sheets for future reference.

 • To carry out additional duties related to lead generation campaigns including research into and cleansing of lists & enriching existing database.

• Attend training and develop associated sector/technologies knowledge and skills as required.

• Engage and interact with decision makers and influencers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities.

• Speak positively and enthusiastically about Capgemini and its services/solutions to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.

• Robust operational and management reporting of work assigned as requested. Knowledge & Experience

 

Location: Gurgaon

Experience:  2 to 5 Years

 

 

Primary Skills: -

• Demand Generation experience. Good understanding within the Engineering, R&D, PLM, Embedded Software and IT industry highly desirable.

• Well versed in CRM operations related to sales & marketing.

• Excellent business communication skills and telephone etiquette.

 • Self disciplined, self motivated with hunger to grow exponentially.

• Able to work individually and as a team in collaborative business environment.

 • Self-driven and proactive team member.

• Prior experience working with Global marketing teams would be desirable but not essential.

• Willing to work in night shift as per the sales alignment respective of geography assigned. Academic & Professional

• Advanced knowledge of CRM software like Siebel, Salesforce.com, Eloqua

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
