Digital Channels Coordinator – 6 to 9 years - Mumbai

 

Job Description

 

You will be a part of the Marketing and Communications Offshore Services unit at Capgemini and will be responsible for Capgemini’s web and social presence:

• Develop content by channel to support our digital campaigns, coordinating with Demand Generation, Marketing and Group Marketing teams for approvals etc

• Coordinates the accuracy and update of content on website, working closely with Product Marketing , BPO PMO and BPO webmaster for execution

• Ensures that digital strategy is implemented and guidelines are followed in all online initiatives and track results.

 

Specification / Skills / Experience

 

• Ensure that content on websites is up to date and that it fully supports our brand and BPO positioning

• Monitor key web statistics and relevant indicators

• Manage Capgemini BPO’s social presence on Group-approved channels, working closely with Social Media Partner for Expert Connect activities

• Establish content promotion networks and push BPO messaging for social media accounts where appropriate • Support events through digital campaigns

• Monitor trends in new social media tools, recommend and implement strategies for making use of new trends and new platforms as they are added to the Group portfolio (Storify, Instagram ec)

• Ensure content and collaterals are optimized for SEO

6. Website : Periodic content review

7. Reporting: Collect and consolidate all data for BPO M&C Dashboard (monthly). Manage with KBS:

a. Daily updates and response if required

b. Weekly updates

c. Monthly updates

d. Campaign monitoring

e. use reporting to guide social strategy and blog content

 

Key Relationships: - Work closely with BPO M&C team, BPO Demand Generation teams, M&C teams across SBUs and regions and Group M&C network - Work closely with the Group digital team to regularly update the .com site

 

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 to 9 years

 

Primary Skills (Must have)

 

o Strong communication skills

o Very high standards of both spoken and written English

o University degree in marketing, journalism, media studies or related qualification

o Understanding of social media messaging, tools, and standards Key Competencies:

o Strong project management skills

o A interest in the Internet, web communications and media, with preferably an understanding of the IT services and technology industries

o Team player with the ability to participate and engage in team discussion exchanging and exploring new ideas with a team that is located in different regions

o A proactive approach and the ability to take the initiative, and self manage the workload
