Roles and Responsibilities

?              End to end project management for execution of D&I programs across various locations

?              Coordinating with various internal/external and vendor partners

?              Managing internal and external communication to create greater awareness and engagement on the program

?              Managing the Winspire webpage on Talent

?              Schedule monthly core team meetings and follow through on actions and commitments from leaders and volunteers

?              Coordinating and organizing various workshops on D&I awareness, sensitization and development programs across multiple locations and levels

?              Facilitating induction programs on D&I for new joinees

?              Engagement with industry and partners to understand trends and best practices

?              Resolving Employee concerns & Grievances

?              Ability to prioritize and manage smooth running of multiple programs

?              Handling monthly budget and forecast on D&I

Required Skills

?              Should be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches

?              Strong consulting and analytical skills are essential

?              Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization

?              Individuals with an MBA / Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HR are preferred

?              Candidates must have good project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along

?              Demonstrate high levels of energy and efforts
