• Conducting detailed analysis of technical environments

• Knowledge and experience of handling End User Computing technologies such as Application Packaging, Software Distribution and Patch Management , Imaging, Enterprise Mobility, Virtualization , Collaboration Services such as Sharepoint and Office 365. Provide tuning and trouble shooting of storage architect and technologies.

• Work closely with other tower leads and Service Delivery Managers to ensure defined operational procedures are carried out and ability to bring or recommend changes wherever required

• Effectively applying technical knowledge to pre-sales situations and crafting solutions for clients

• Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the client

• Providing technical consulting expertise and leadership to internal project teams and clients

• Sharing knowledge and experience through formal and informal knowledge management initiatives

• Day-to-day duties will range from providing significant input to technical pre-sales activities, facilitating Solutioning SPOCS wherever required

• Solution governance during implementation

• Translating customer requirements into technology solutions

• The EUC Manager undertakes operational activities required to ensure services are delivered as per SLA/OLA.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

 

• Engineering Diploma / Degree or Non-engineering College
