& Responsibilities:

  • Able
    to convince and obtain commitment when dealing with business stakeholders and
    third party     suppliers

  • Strong
    knowledge of current IT methodologies and systems technologies and standards

  • Very
    strong architectural background

  • Strong
    foundation on TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework

  • Good
    project and program management skills

  • Strong
    intellect and a systems mindset

  • Support
    the thought leadership of the discipline of Enterprise Architecture across the
    technology, operations and business areas

  • Provide
    support in the appropriate research into current and emerging technology trends
    to determine how these may add value to the business, and provide appropriate
    briefings to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Develop
    Solution Architectures as required for major systems components, based on
    Application Architecture and full Enterprise Architecture conformance, mindful
    of both strategic alignment and pragmatic solution needs. Solution
    Architectures will exploit various artifacts including reusable services and
    will, where appropriate.

  • Advice
    on matters related to enterprise IT Strategy and its development, addressing
    both business and IT needs.

  • Support
    the further development and extension of Enterprise Architecture and its
    related documentation, templates, processes and communication.

  • Develop
    and enhance IT standards, principles, policies and guidelines and secure their
    endorsement by appropriate review bodies.
