ntegration Consultant;

The Integration Consultant (P4/P5) will have following key responsibilities:
He will be a key member of the SAP Integration Team within Capgemini and will be expected to contribute to integration efforts in selected projects, ensuring high quality and scalability of software solutions, as well as high desirability and excellent user experience of end-user facing applications.
1. Delivery
a. Work with the client (multiple stakeholders) to diagnose business needs 
b. Closely coordinate with the Integration/Solution Architect during the preparation of the landscape and interface design 
c. Work with the larger project team – including Integration Architect, ABAP Developers, Functional Consultants etc. – to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
d. Process oriented approach to delivery with an uncompromising attitude to quality
2. Presales
a. Collaborating and coordinating with Technical, Solution, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams to interpret client RFP requirements, and craft solutions that satisfy those requirements.
b. Contributing to creation of overall organizational strategy in the field of SAP Integration services, including evaluating new processes, models, pricing, and tools and related competitive offerings delivered by other SAP Service providers.
c. Contribute to designing, architecting and estimating high-quality, winning solutions for ongoing opportunities, with an emphasis on technical, functional and overall excellence.
d. Contribute to other pre-sales activities related to SAP Integration, interacting with experienced and client buyers and/or influencers and driving proactive opportunity creation activities within the field of Integration. 
e. Understanding and helping to develop solutions based on the common issues facing clients in a particular industry or region.

3. Capability Building
a. Actively participate in internal capability building activities including knowledge dissemination, training, asset creation etc. Participate in external forums such as SCN, SAP TechEd, etc. as part of the competency agenda.
