Role Description

The job of a event manager will be to assist Brand Marketing team in managing multifarious marketing and communication physical events and integrated communication campaigns. This position will need to ensure that the brand communications reflect the company brand accurately.  This position also requires performing a variety of administrative and marketing support duties required to manage large scale events.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate Marketing industry events, tradeshows,(stall/booth setup, collateral, display material, give-aways, etc.) seminars, promotions, and other marketing plans

  • Manage all branding events end-to-end
    • Manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders
    • Deliver all event communications, Conceptualise, produce and publish various collateral like presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters, images, publications and other collateral related to marketing & communications
    • To manage the use of various media (billboards, display systems, print, electronic, etc.) for promoting Capgemini brand
    • To be a Brand Champion and adhere to Group Brand Guidelines
    • Coordinate with Procurement Team & vendor teams for requisition of POs and invoices, Vendor negotiations, Logistics management for large scale events,
    • MIS and Budget management for all events
    • Drive new customer acquisition through integrated communications. Focus will be on SEM, online media and affiliate.
  • Responsible for on-location branding for all Capgemini offices
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans which details activities to follow to achieve the needed brand targets
  • Develop best practices, toolkits in marketing
  • Generate and maintain dynamic working relationships with external vendors.
  • Work with external and design agencies to obtain quality creative content.
  • Experience with media planning and advertising, Monitor and report campaign performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement, identify new solutions to drive better performance


Candidate Background:


  • At least 5-7 years experience in managing communication for events
  • Experience with drafting event communications, Copy for Print and online events, hands on experience with communication design, brochures design, booth designs, video production, email design
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Brand Management Experience is a must
