Event Marketing Manager

Event Marketing Manager  - 6 to 9 years - Mumbai 

You will work with the Business Services marketing team to setup and manage all events across Europe \APAC. Business Services is a multicultural team of over 25,000 professionals operating 24/7/365 in 38 languages across an integrated global network of 20 delivery centers to over 250+ global clients in 105 countries. Our portfolio includes integrated technology and operations based solutions that enable our clients to achieve business and IT operations excellence and increase shareholder value.

In India, you will sit within the global marketing and communications shared services team, reporting into the Marketing Stream Lead in MACS (Marketing & Creative Services) which is the Group-wide Marketing team providing services ranging from design, web, content, marketing program management and campaign support. 

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute events (external & internal) for Business Services.
• Take complete ownership of all aspects of event management and ensure that we aim to meet the objectives as per the plan established. 
• Work with internal resources or external agencies for creation of required marketing assets for the event. 
• Development, production and delivery of event projects from proposal right up to delivery. 
• Creating an event project plan. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project. 
• Managing logistics, operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently 
• Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and exceed expectations. 
• Travelling onsite and project managing events (if required)
• Ensure lead tracking and customer database management. 
• Pre and post event analytics and reporting. Includes CRM management and ensuring tagging of opportunities into the system.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery

Experience - 6 to 9 years

Primary Skills
• Experience of 6 to 8 years in similar positions. Should have exposure to managing large events. 
• Knowledge of IT services marketing will be preferred.
