The Demand Management function in Group Marketing & Communications team leads and manages marketing automation and campaign management globally, with a team size of ten people reporting into him/ her. The role reports into the Group M&C’s Operations Lead and sits within the marketing shared services organization in India. Within the shared services organization, the Global Demand Manager also leads the Channels stream, covering web content management, social media, events and analytics teams. This is an extremely dynamic role, with global exposure to top management in the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the Global CRM and marketing automation system, and ensure a high adoption and performance among the global marketing community . Train marketers and evangelize usage.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on all levels of the organization to ensure strong alignment in the Go-to-Market and to share best practices.
• Manage and lead the email and calling channels globally
• Work closely with web and social media to ensure one view to all marketing campaigns across engagement mediums.
• Ensure adherence to benchmarks, best practices, and processes for all campaigns.
• Work with the analytics team and develop campaign performance reports on all levels and across engagement mediums.
• Within the shared services team, be responsible for the channels stream, managing and developing capabilities and people, ensuring a culture of collaboration.

Experience and Background Required:
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing, in a B2B scenario (B2C optional)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot Marketing automation
• Strong experience in managing cross-channel Go-to-Market campaigns
• Experience in digital ( web and social media)
• Deep expertise in analytics and reporting
• Very good business understanding, Sector and / or Service industry
• Proven team management experience
• Experience in dealing with top management
