experience in managing hands-on Operations, with high level of exposure to
Client Management. Should have handled different verticals and lead a team of
senior professionals.High Level of
People Management skills and maturity commensurate with the responsibility of
the roleShould possess

experience of managing growth and bottom line of the customer engagement.

Job description

Objective

A leadership role overseeing Operations,
People Management, Quality, Client management, Profit/loss responsibilities.
The candidate must possess the ability to ramp up and run large business
operations & to manage a team size of 70 & above, besides
meeting/exceeding defined Service Level Agreements

General responsibilities &
accountabilities:

Be the single Owner of all delivery, people
and contractual requirements for Large Global CustomersHands-On style ownership of Operations
Delivery across all delivery locations across the globe, with ability and
willingness to deep dive on need basis to understand and manage operational
issues and escalations.Complete ownership of resource planning &
resource allocation.Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning
of the Operations on a regular basis and deliver high quality service to the
costumers as per the SLAs.Ensure strong People Management and implement
practices that reinforce people confidence resulting in higher ownership by
delivery team members and reduced attrition.Keep a regular tab on the functioning of
Operations Managers, and ensuring that dip checks are done on a regular basis
to establish health of processes and operations.Facilitates and/or leads businesses or
accounts to meet established organizational objectives. Needs to be able to
respond quickly to escalations, situations or issues that may occur in account
relationship or business.Works closely and establishes high level of
trust with Account Managers to support growth opportunities and in managing
client perceptions.Inspires and establishes high level of
customer confidence through rigorous interaction with key customer stakeholders.Assist the management to ensure account
specific ramp-up in accordance with contractual requirements.

at short noticeWillingness to work in different shifts (US,
Europe, Australia)
