We are looking to hire Guest Relations Executive with 2 – 4 years of exp in Bangalore location

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

•             He / She is responsible for managing the allocated visit end to end and ensure a delightful visit experience for the customer / prospect as per set expectations

•             Have to liaison and, maintain cordial business relations with our internal stake holders (from internal business units) to understand their requirements and, provide consultancy to better the customer experience.

•             Coordinate with empanelled vendors to arrange for Accommodation, Transportation, Food and other Logistical requirements for our customers / prospects.

•             Brief & coordinate with the internal branding teams to prepare ahead of any customer / prospect visit.

•             Liaise with internal service providers (such as Facilities, Marketing, IT Support, Facilities team and Procurement) to ensure smooth execution of customer visits.

•             Ensure organizational policies, procedures, professional ethics and compliances are adhered to while carrying out the work duties.

•             Work along with internal stake holders to ensure that all the outstanding vendor payments are cleared and addressed in a timely manner

•             Must be available to travel to any of the Capgemini locations when and where required to support a visit. Approximately, anyone in this role may need to travel for up to 30% of their time.

•             Work and support the team on ad hoc requests as well as other organizational initiatives from time to time.

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Primary Skills (Must have)

•             Must have at least a full time bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree with a business / hospitality background is highly preferred.

•             At least 3 years of work experience in hospitality / travel / logistics / services industry directly working with customers

•             Fluent speaking / writing / reading in English is a must. Foreign language skills is an added advantage.

•             Good working knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•             Should be able to provide references upon request
