Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end employee life cycle management including Hire and On boarding, Employee Data Changes, Separations.
• Process all transactional activities within existing and new HR practices, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service for North America.
• Ensure all systems and manual processing is accurate and timely, meeting requirements of integrity reviews and audits for appropriate systems and conducted within a process-aligned environment.
• Maintain and support delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types.
• Understand and expertise on the Business rules for the existing and new HR practices and processes
• The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS),Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization

Location- Kolkata

Experience – 2.5 to 5 yrs

Required Skills:
• Atleast 3 years of prior relevant experience of using of SAP HR(HCM)
• Experience of working in HR Shared Services delivery model
• Ability to work either as an individual or part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet and Outlook
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible to work in 6:30pm-4:00am shift timing
