HR Generalist (US Process)- 5 to 10 yrs-Kolkata

We are hiring candidate who have experience in HR Generalist activities for US & Canada process.

Specification / Skills / Experience

o Manage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

o Ensure all systems and manual processing meets Service level agreements. 

o Ensure delivery of service within agreed turnaround time.

o Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures. 

o Stakeholder Management and relationship building

o Service Issue management, client focus and responsiveness.

o People Management and grievance handling. 

o Work closely with Management and share periodic Service delivery reports and review decks. 

o Performance Management and team performance appraisal. 

Experience – 5 to 10 yrs



Primary Skills:


  • Good Understanding of HR practices and Operations Management (US Process)
  • Willing to work in US shift.
  • Well versed in MS Excel,Word,PPT.
  • Experience in Managing operations in large organizations
  • Ability to work as part of a team
