Job Description

We are looking to hire HR professionals willing to work in US shift for Kolkata location.

Specification / Skills / Experience


Manage end-to-end Separations/Exit process. 
• Process all transactional activities within existing and new HR practices, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery for North America.
• Manage workflow effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary.
• Ensure all systems and manual processing is accurate and timely.
• Ensure requirements of integrity reviews and audits for appropriate systems are conducted within a process-aligned environment.
• Maintain and support delivery of services within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types.
• Understand and expertise on the Business rules for the existing and new HR practices/policies within the Separations/Exit processes.
• Provide guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures related to Separations processes.
• Provide excellent service to internal / external customers and ensure high degree of customer satisfaction by ensuring end-end to end resolution of queries.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Primary Skills (Must have)

• Ability to work in North America operating hours (6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST) 
• Must have work experience of 3-5 years preferably in an Intl. BPO domain with relevant experience in HR / HR Outsourcing
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Mandatory prior user experience of SAP HR System; experience with alternate HRIS System (e.g.- SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus
• Good understanding of HR operations and its policies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook).
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Proactive, deadline oriented with an eye for detail.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently in multitasking environment and balance workload based on priorities is highly recommended.
• Excellent sense of responsibility, collaboration and teamwork in addition to operating as a high functioning individual contributor.
