Job Description

 

We are looking for HRO for our team in Kolkata  location.

 

Specification / Skills / Experience:

• Maintain systems for recording, monitoring and correcting employee data
• Handle various functionalities and queries on employee records
• Process all transactional activities within existing and new HR practices, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery for Capgemini North America.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR data according to the project deadlines and quality parameters
• Understand and expertise all business rules applicable to the employee operations process
• Provide information, advice and guidance to clients (Deployment Managers, HR Business Partners/Delivery Partners, Client Representatives) in the relevant HR areas
• Process movements (transfers, promotion) and other employee data change requests
• HR Master Data Management
o Maintain employee master data
o Maintain HR system catalogues

• Provide clarification on HR policies and procedures
• Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary
• Facilitate in maintaining all repositories of process related documents
• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
• Maintain and support delivery of services within agreed Service Level Agreements
• Provide excellent service to all stakeholders by ensuring end-end to end resolution of queries
• Participate in periodic team calls and record minutes of the meeting

 

 

Education : Graduation ( Full Time)

 

Location: Kolkata

 

Experience : 2 to 5 Yrs

 

 

Primary Skills (Must have)

Ability to work in North America operating hours (6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Mandatory prior user experience of SAP HR System; experience with alternate HRIS System (e.g.- SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus
• Solid understanding of HR operations and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proactive, deadline oriented with an eye for detail
• Self-starter, ability to work independently in multitasking environment and balance workload based on priorities is highly recommended
• Excellent sense of responsibility, collaboration and teamwork in addition to operating as a high functioning individual contributor
