Job Description


We are looking for HRO for our team in Kolkata  location.


Specification / Skills / Experience:

• Responsible for processing the HR data correctly and timely in a tight SLA driven environment, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality
• Interact with the client/vendor/employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis via phone, IM and email
• Work on resolving HR related issues, partner with other teams and ensure that the documentation is up to date
• Proven expertise in customer facing interactions and providing education sessionto target audience
• Stakeholder/ Vendor call support and circulating Agendas before calls
• Coordination between HRBP, Resource Management, People Manager to ensure that employees’ Leave of Absence processes are going smooth and if any challenges takeownership to bring to resolution
• Coordination between Contractor Management team, ITICS to ensure thatContractor related process is going smooth
• Process LOA, CTR Administration requests
• Answer external calls and emails
• Address employee/client queries and escalations
• Provide clarification on HR policies and procedures
• Send out notification as per the defined PSL Ordinance (LOA Tower)
• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
• HR data management
o Maintain employee LOA related record in HR system and Process Return from Leave. Responsible for complete end to end Leave of Absence management and Vacation data for North America and Canada employees
o Maintain Contractor information in HR system. Responsible for complete Contractor management life cycle (Prehire, Rehire, Activation, Cancellation, Change in Action, Correction, CORP record checking, Deactivation)
• Absence Management: Reporting and data analysis; communications with employees to adjust time for over usage.
• Provide excellent service to internal / external customers and ensure high degreeof customer satisfaction
• Whistle blower-Inform Supervisor without delaying if forecast/ identify any issueor errors
• The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS),
• Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security
• Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization.

Experience : 2 to 5 Yrs



Primary Skills (Must have)

• Ability to work in North America operating hours (6:30 PM – 4:00 AM in IST)
• Mandatory experience in SAP desired; use of alternate HR System e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook).
• Hands-on expertise in creation / update of SOPs is an added point.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Innovative and analytical
• Self-starter, ability to work independently in multitasking environment and balance workload based on priorities is highly recommended.
• Proactive, deadline oriented with an eye for details
