? Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process

? Work with the Command Center, create major incident teams, drive service restoration - while working closely with delivery teams

? Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement

? Developing and maintaining the incident management system. Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident process and associated procedures

? Monitor incident queues and handle case assignment to team Strong collaboration skills and experience working with large, remote teams

? Escalation and crisis management leadership

? Strong understanding of networking and virtualization principles and architecture

? Excellent understanding of ITIL (certification preferred)

? Superior organizational skills

? Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance

? Outstanding customer interaction skills required

? Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

? Ability to work across cultures and time zones
