  • Experience in Managing and Transformation a Client IMS Portfolio
  • Onsite Client Engagement Management (not People Management) experience
  • Strong knowledge of Business Processes and Business Metrics in a Domain
  • Evidence of successfully driving Transformation / Change Programs that have delivered Business Impact, Savings and Service improvements  
  • Strong Program Management Skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Can-do Attitude
  • Demonstrated zeal for Excellence
  • Excellent Clarity of thought, Communication and Presentation skills

Job Responsibilities

  • In the context of Infrastructure Management Services, apply Industry / Domain and IT Management experience to build Business Cases, Define, Design and enable implementation of:
    1. Business Process refinement solutions to uplift Business KPIs
    2. Infrastructure Transformation solutions to future-proof Client’s IT Landscape
  • Analyze the Infrastructure (Business and Technical health) and the Business Processes involved in Client Engagements, in order to build Short-term / Long-term roadmaps to deliver Superior Business and IT Outcomes, reduce Operational Cost, etc.
  • Work in a hands-on manner and deliver to high expectations
  • Collaborate with Client / Internal Capgemini teams and key Stakeholders
  • Facilitate Client Workshops and on-going Client interactions to develop Future-State Business Processes and IT landscape
  • Drive periodic reviews of these Initiatives with Client and Internal Steering Committees
  • Earn based on the quality of work, Organizational alignment to Define and Drive  these Client Engagement initiatives
