Events Communications Lead - L&D, Capgemini India

Job Description

The candidate will be a part of the Communications stream under Marketing And Creative Services (MACS) and will be responsible for communications support to a Capgemini Group business entity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. L&D and OU events support
    • Manage all L&D and OU India events end-to-end
    • Manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders
    • Deliver all event communications, conceptualize, produce and publish various collateral like presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters, images, publications and other collateral related to marketing & communications with the help of relevant design team
    • Manage the use of various internal communication channels for promoting the event
    • Ensure  Group Brand Guidelines compliance
    • Coordinate with Procurement Team & vendor teams for requisition of POs and invoices, Vendor negotiations, Logistics management for large scale events,
  2. Responsible for on-location event communication
  3. Develop best practices, toolkits in marketing
  4. Generate and maintain dynamic working relationships with the relevant teams and vendors
  5. Work with design teams to obtain quality creative content
  6. Create event reports
  7. Provide results and recommendations for improvement, identify new solutions to drive better performance


Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 to 11 yrs


Primary Skills:



  • At least 6-8 years experience in managing communication for events
  • Experience with drafting event communications, Copy for Print and online events, hands on experience in developing communication collaterals
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
