ITIL Service Management Lead Consultant_11 to 13 years_Mumbai (Airoli)

 

Job Description:

  • Executing end to end consulting projects based on ITIL / ISO 20000 / CMMI SVC / COBIT
  • Deliver ITIL Trainings - Foundation and Expert levels and active involvement in development and maintenance of training course materials
  • Facilitate integration of ITSM tools, processes and SLA / KPI’s
  • Define measurement framework for SLA/KPI’s / OLA’s
  • Active contribution in Pre-sales activities through proposal writing, due diligence and customer relationship management
  • Active contribution in sales and branding
  • Ownership of client engagements and quality deliverables
  • Contribute best practices to knowledge repository
  • Mentoring team of Service Management consultants
  • The job may involve short-term, medium term travel to customer locations globally / domestic

 

 

Must Skills:

  • Should have executed at least 2 large end to end consulting assignment which includes Gap analysis, Process Definition, ITSM tools set up, implementation road map and auditing
  • Knowledge on Application / Infrastructure Maintenance lifecycle and Transition
  • Should have good knowledge on DevOps and Agile methods
  • Well versed with SDLC and Quality Assurance activities
  • Experience in direct interaction with clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Certified ITIL Expert / COBIT 5 certified
  • ISO/IEC 20000 Implementer / Lead auditor
  • Relevant work experience of 10+ years and at least 7 years experience in Service Management consulting
  • Delivery experience of at least 2 years
  • Experience/expertise/exposure to other related frameworks and standards like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TOGAF etc., will be an added advantage
