within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives

Experience in implementing
Incident/Problem/Change/IT Service Catalog and other Module in Service-Now

Extensive experience in Service-Now tool
Customization and Development

Experience in handling Enhancements/Defects
in Service-Now modules

Experience in integrating with Service-Now

Strong technical knowledge in Service-Now
Tool OOB (Out of the Box) Concepts like ClientScripts, UI Policy, UI Actions,
Business Rule etc.

Ability to provide technical solutions

Strong business Analytical Skills

Strong ITIL process implementation

Expert on Service-Now industry best
practices processes

Deep understanding of Service-Now tool with
large implementation experience

Preferred: Service-Now Implementation
Certification, ITIL v3 certification and Service-Now Admin Certification

Minimum 4 years of experience in
configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations
and building custom applications

Strong technical knowledge of all
ServiceNow modules

Good hands on knowledge and experience of
JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services

Very good verbal and written English
communication skills

Effective time management, team handling
